Isla Espiritu Santo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and at Sunday, November 4th, 2007 location for a unique challenge. The second annual Swim Challenge - in collaboration with the International Community Foundation (ICF), Fundación Mexicana para la Educación Ambiental (FUNDEA), COVYDE, Niparaja and Fondo Sudcaliforniano para las Areas Naturales Protegidas (FOSANP), you are invited to be part of the 2007 Isla Espiritu Santo Swim Challenge, a 6 or a 10 kilometer swim to support marine conservation in Mexico’s Sea of Cortez. Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico has several world class surf breaks within just a few miles of Todos Santos itself. Here you can find waves for beginners as well as for the seasoned veteran surfer. The two most popular surf breaks in the area called Los Cerritos and San Pedrito, both are south of Todos Santos near the small community of Pescadero. While the water is warmer than further north, wet suits are definitely needed in the winter and spring months when surfing the Todos Santos pacific waves.
